Our facility is designed with flexibility in mind for the corporate client.  We offer a variety of rooms, which can accommodate the following types of events and more. 

  • Small business luncheons and dinners
  • Large seated events
  • Cocktail-style receptions
  • Seminars, workshops, or demonstrations for a portion of the day or for multiple days
  • Fundraisers
  • Industry networking events (breakfasts, lunches, dinners or cocktail receptions)
  • Team-building events
  • Corporate training
  • Product launches

Corporate Events Package: 

  • Ballroom: $250/hr. for an hour Monday through Thursday; $300/hr. for a Friday through Sunday
  • Living Room: $200/hr. The Living Room is rented with the foyer, where a bar or buffet table could be set up. If you desire to rent the Living Room with the Ballroom, it is a $400 flat fee for usage during your entire event
  • Balcony: Flat fee of $150 when renting ballroom and/or living room.
  • Boardroom: $150/hr. or flat fee of $150 when renting ballroom and/or living room
  • ONE HOUR OF RENTAL TIME IS CHARGED FOR SETUP AND CLEANUP.
